I just picked up a PSP

I just got a PSP and I was wondering what some sweet games are for it. I have MVP Baseball, I'm thinking of getting Madden. What other games are good for it?

Lumines is arguably the best. it's just a really addictive tetris-like puzzle game. i didn't think i'd like it, but it's one of my favorites.

Ps. PSP had a slow start, but is definitely picking up this fall and is miles ahead of the DS. I have Tony Hawk for it along with a couple movies. Oh yeah, wireless internet is badass too. Can't complain with full color web pages. And um in the next few weeks we've got GTA: Liberty City Stories and X-Men Legends II so yeah, I'll be set for a while.

Actually.. DS does have wireless internet play.. dick. It's just not out. Also it's almost been confirmed that a TRUE web browser will be included with the internet functions of Organizer Plus on the DS. Also GTA gets old after the same game a billion times.. don't fuckin put up GTA.. Nintendo's franchises dominate any other.

i doubt it, ive had it since day one, love it to death, but sony in general doesnt produce original games (with few exceptions) that doesnt mean their franchises arent quality, because they are...psp has some great games, grand theft auto will be great...on top of lumines (original! haha), twisted metal, hot shots golf etc...its a solid portable, originality isnt high on their list, but quality franchises are.

internet is important when you can play wirelessly against people across the world. DS has been out longer then PSP, so obviously more games are out for it. More and more games are starting to come out for the PSP. Gran Turismo, GTA, Metal Gear, Tony Hawk, Crash Bandicoot, MVP Baseball, NBA Live, so those aren't franchise games? Funny, I thought they were. Also, the PSP can play movies, show pictures, play music, etc and the DS doesn't do any of that. PSP is all around a better machine, better graphics and soon to be better games. I have my Gameboy SP for the Nintendo franchise games, which in my opinion is even better then the DS.

DS has the same shit too, just a different system to play it on. PSP is like making your PS2 portable and being able to play those games, and more, whenever you like. madden and the sims (or at least the urbz, which i assume is very similiar) are both absolutely butchered on the DS. at least in the case of madden (since the sims isnt out yet), the PSP version is FAR superior (yes, that's thanks to the extra power that you made such a case about not needing)

It wasn't all that great I though..It's gotten loads better now though because of the Internet Access. As far as graphics though, it's good..the games are good as well. I like it now I guess.

If your school has a router that doesn't require a password, bring your PSP to class and have fun on AIM or w/e. :P It's always fun to look up Porn sites and then show them to the nerdy kids who'll flip out. :D

Urbz ran on the GBA not the DS power. Urbz is nothing like Sims2 DS. the graphics are full 3D and very nice.

Madden has to do with a lack of care, taken by EA. Not with the DS's power. Looking at the graphics and things coming out on other DS games this is definitly proven, that madden is not using the DS's potential at all.

u cant compare the ds hardware to psp thats just stupid, psp owns the ds in the hardware department period.

second of all, u cant compare a system thats only been out for 5 months to a system thats been out wayyyyy longer.
