I'm on the track team at my college, so i would probobly say i am a health nut. During the summer is when i do my craziest training, i was like running everyday around 4 miles and lifting for 2 or 3 hours with a friend. Right now i'm just running and lifting with the team.

Awesome deal, glad there are others.
I lift 3 days and run 3 days, I don't really run distance though.
I do HIIT training ever other morning, any of you ever hear of/try it?

I played college football and was an all County Lacrosse player in High School, should've played in college. I quit after my Redshirt Sophmore year because of injuries and responsibilites but I continue to stay in shape.

when i was in high school i was on three different state champion teams. then i gained 30 pounds and quit caring. mmmm beer.

I run and lift in the winter and summer, but not fall and spring because I play soccer and softball so I don't have time, plus I'm running everyday anyway.
I usually lift 3 times a week and run everyday.

I lift 4 times a week and run 2-4, depending on how the tendonitis in my knee is doing. Yup.

I run cross country anywhere from 3-10 miles.
