Album Review/Member Ratings - Won't Submit

I've tried a few times now, to rate an album using the "Member Ratings" tool on the left-hand side of the album reviews page.

I fill out the form and such in the pop-up window, but when I try to submit it, it seems to keep loading and loading and loading (3+ minutes).

I'm just not sure if it's taking an inordinate amount of time because of my computer, or if it maybe just takes a while longer than I'm giving it to load.

Any suggestions/explanations?
