According to Brian Gordener's myspace (http://www.myspace.com/brianrar), Roses Are Red (http://www.myspace.com/rosesarered) kicked him and his brother, Matt, out of the band. This is what he had to say in a bulletin:
"Roses Are Red kicked Matt and I out of the band tonight. Kinda depressed right now."

these guys have big attitude problems....i lost a lot of respect for them. once the signed to trustkill they complely blew off my friend who was helped them out. they asked him to come to new jersey to film some footage of them in the studio. and trustkill looked at some of his videos he made of them which helped them out and then they just fucked him over and stopped talking to him i wonder what the deal was with kicking members out

matt was a nice guy oh well.... .I think there shoudl be a supergroup for all the members kicked out of bands.. that guy from goodwill, the guy from FFTL... it will be called, "we were all in mediocre bands and bad bands and now were forming to make a band of people that got kicked out of mediocre and bad bands to probably make more mediocre music"

I watched that happen. Like seriously, I was outside the venue near their van waiting for Matt with some friends and they were having some "band meeting" then I got a call from a friend who got a text from Matt saying what had happend... freaking sucks. Awesome guys, good band. I hope the best for all of them.

I watched that happen. Like seriously, I was outside the venue near their van waiting for Matt with some friends and they were having some "band meeting" then I got a call from a friend who got a text from Matt saying what had happend... freaking sucks. Awesome guys, good band. I hope the best for all of them.

I have NEVER seen them be anything BUT nice to anyone.
But I guess that opinion can just be based on personal experience.

thats probably why they aren't using Chris Badami again.
the guys were nice when I met them. Matt was the cool. :(
I won't believe it until they announce a bulletin on their RAR myspace, but it sucks to hear about it.

i can tell you for a 100% fact that Brad the new bassist is nothing short of one of the nicest guys you'll meet both as a friend,a band member, and a business partner.
im pretty sure most of everyone would agree with me as well.

this is true that they have been kicked out. they're from my home town, and my cousin plays in a band called i Dreamer (http://myspace.com/idreamer) with their former bassist, Kevin Mahoney, and hetold me about it today. I guess they just got sick of them, and they have talking about kicking them out for a long time.
and yes, the band has become a bunch of assholes.

Shit, this used to be my favirote band, back when kevin and the gordo brothers where there.....how can you just get sick of sombody and kick them out...seems pretty fucked up...

about as fucked up as you making your judgements without hearing both, let alone one side of the story?
if we all believed all the hearsay we heard around here or even in everyday life think of what itd be like.
give the gordo's time for an explination and then give the RAR dudes time for an explanation. then i wont say anything about you saying shit is fucked up.

see my other post. Kevin Mahoney came into my place of business after a show in Toledo and had some food. I met him in Detroit before too, but nonetheless, even your cousin admitted that his replacement was a good dude, not very asshole like. i have a sticker on my guitar case that says "nobody cares" from years ago when he was helping your cousins with shows in Detroit.
High School Is For Drama, lets keep it there.
such a sad thing to realize. I was gonna see them this friday :(

sorry dude. its hard not to when one of the best friends i have plays bass for them and ive known him for quite some time. (im not trying to sound cool, to be honest i've seen them live once before he joined only because his old band was playing as well as a few other bands i like - ive seen them a few times since but outside of shows, havnt really heard the whole cd nor do i own it. --- you know you'd be more defensive over your best friend than some kid you see now and then and call a friend, please forgive me.)
