Check out The Panic Division (http://www.thepanicdivision.com)'s e-card for Versus, which comes out November 1st, right here (http://www.themilitiagroup.com/ecards/tpd/versus/). I think this CD is going to surprise a lot of people; give it a listen.

The new album is "technically" a reissue of the band's first album which was released independently.

i'll definitely be buying this when it comes out. "versus" is one of the best songs i've heard in a long time.

so does anyone know if there is anything different between the original 'Verses' and the new release of 'Versus' (besides the artwork and the spelling)?

This release has one song not on the original, Songs of a Dead Poet, but two songs were taken off, Scissors and All Is Not Enough. Also, the difference in the spelling was a production mistake when the first cd was made and was always intended to be "Versus".

And yes this is their 3rd cd, but first under this name. They released two full lengths as Carbon 12 Theory, one self titled and 20 Years Unfold. They also had an ep before the self titled but they only made a few copies.

Also, I'm glad this band is getting such good reception around here since the kids in San Antonio seem to think they're not scene enough.

edit: I was also there during the recording of some of this record (which is pretty damn cool to me) and I'm glad to see this guys are making it fairly big now.
