I have posted my review for The Hush Sound (http://www.thehushsound.com)'s So Sudden right here (http://www.absolutepunk.net/reviews.php?action=viewarticle&artid=334). Also, the last time I asked it worked out quite well, so I'm going to ask again: what would you like to see reviewed?

Yeah, but I think if Patrick helps them out w/the hooks, they'll be good to go (bahaha FOB related pun sort of).

I think this album is in my top ten of this year. Infinitely better than the tripe rest rest of Chicago has been churning out lately.
Personally, I think The Hush Sound is good and refreshing, and I really fear the inclusion of Patrick into the fray will be bad for them and turn them into something common and played out. Then again, that's just my opinion.

Whoa now, PPB is the best thing Cave In's put out since Jupiter. And that's not even with the perspective that it's essentially a collection of demos.

So you think. They do not make a good screamo band. Sounds like a shitty FATA...

Production has to do with the arrangements of the songs.

they still have to write the songs themselves...
i guess they don't...but usually the producer doesn't write the music and the lyrics

You're right, the band does write their own songs. But Patrick's gonna be in there fine-tuning the songs, making them more effective.

That's probably because Cave In never was and still isn't screamo. And besides, "a shitty FATA" is redundant. Have you honestly heard Jupiter? If so, how did you feel about the screaming on that CD?
