isnt that icon the dashboard confessional logo?.. well i know its taken from acdc... but the icon your using for it is def the dash logo, i have an old tshirt with it on it.. i'm just rambling.. but yes.

i suggest sticking to the death cab for cutie logo for death cab for cutie news. that DC thing is known as dashboard's logo and is cause for some confusion when you do that.
