is there something wrong with me? am I...so misleadin my judgement? see, whenever I watch a movie where a white person dies, like Dustin Hoffmanin Midnight Cowboy, it gets all these emotions stirred up in me and I wonder "Why God? Why did you take him?"

but then like, in Deep Blue when Samuel L. Jackson's character gets devoured by that huge shark, I think, "Haha! You had it coming, dumbass!"

I didn't really feel bad for Samuel L. Jackson's character. Who stands right next to an opening of a water tank filled with genius sharks that want to eat the humans?

Someone who deserves to die.

I remember that part in Deep Blue Sea, and I remember my sister and I laughing our asses off. Neither of us saw it coming, and it was done poorly and in a humorous way.

haha... i dont think many people felt bad when sam jackson bit it in deep blue sea. But.. i mean when the black dude got shot by ryan phillipe towards the end of crash i cared more than people dying in most movies.
