It's amusing because they take like extreme issues and exaggerate it to the 10th degree, making it seem as plausable as Godzilla attacking Tokyo.

I only watched last season on and off, but I think I'll end up watching this season just because of all the promos for it. I hope Peter dies or something because I hate him.

Well a lot of them go to college and stuff, but I know what you mean. I hope the story lines this season will be a bit more interesting and the acting will be better. But hey, it's Degrassi so I'm not expecting too much.

Who's complaining about the bad acting from the new kids? Have you even seen an episode from Degrassi's first season? Those kids were abysmal. Would you rather have 27 year old douches from Hollywood playing high school freshmen?

I don't understand everyone saying the new characters suck...they are essentially perfect retreads or revisits of all the previous characters, and some of these kids can (shocker) actually act. Took the original crew until around Season 5 to nail down the acting.

Darcy's little sister was in a few episodes when she was little, and same with Danny/Derek.

I still like Manny the best though.
