i've never seen the goonies. all my friends looked at me like i had 3 eyes when i told that.

also saving private ryan, braveheart, and the breakfast club. almost all of john hughes movies actually.

on the other hand i've seen about 190 of IMDBs top 250, and most people i know haven't seen half.

i haven't seen any of The Godfather movies either. But i don't think i'd really like them. And I haven't seen Scarface... but i might like that.

In more recent movies, I never saw Thirteen which lots of people seem to dig. Or Elephant.

i thought Boondock Saints was over-the-top garbage. Maybe i tried to jump on the bandwagon to early, but this was an extremely pretentious, poorly acted wannabe. that's just my opinion

i did however, love Citizen Kane. it revolutionized filmmaking, and was a first in many counts. but it is very hard to watch if you're not an oldies fan.

I saw rushmore for the first time a few days ago, and it was really good. I could definately watch it again and still enjoy it, possibly more than the first time I saw it.

I just cannpt get myself to enjoy it. I appreciate it, but can't call it an entertaining movie in my mind.

I haven't seen Top Gun, which I heard is really bad. But I did catch up on Caddy Shack and Old School this summer.
