high school soccer

Okay enough about football..gosh. Anyone play soccer? How's your team? etc etc etc.

My team is 14-3.This year we're doing the best we've ever done..we're one of the smallest schools in the state so it's really hard to compete with the bigger schools, but right now we're seeded first for our section of the state tournament and we won today so now we're in first place in our conference for the first time ever. It's pretty exciting not gonna lie.

It kinda pisses me off...i played for four years and my team really sucked, we had one a little over .500 year. I was the goalie for the better part of four years and i had alot of great games, and now all of the sudden the year everyone graduated on the other teams, my team is doing great and me and the other guys that graduated are particularly annoyed that it makes us look like assholes now that we're gone. Everyone probably thinks we were holding them back...ah plus i always hated my coach. Good luck in the state tournament though!! those are really exciting...

I used to play soccer, but once I got to high school, I kind of dropped it...

I play goalie, and I hate running, so the practices with like running throughout the whole town (it sucked, my coach made us run like four hours a day)...kind of got annoying

Thats when I stopped playing, on any official team at least...I still have the occasional pick up game with a few old friends or whatever, shootouts, things like that

we're usually pretty decent but we can thank our Mexican exchange student for filling the void left when our school's all-time leading goal scorer graduated. Javiar Meza-Maldonado, I salute you!

oh yeah i know what you mean, that really sucks. that's how it's gonna be for softball this year with the seniors who graduated last year..because some of the really good teams in our conference lost like 7 of their 9 starters so they're gonna suck haha.

Haha our team is just the opposite. On paper people probably look and are like umm who the hell is this team and why do they even have a team they must suck..but we all click really well and we win so whateverrrrr.

i played soccer in high school... we didn't do all that well, but my teams outside of school were pretty kickass.
