I recommend Page France (www.purevolume.com/pagefrance). Someone told me about them recently and I love their shit (I think it was Dobi). It's mellow indie-based rock, and it rules. I also recommend Sage Francis (http://www.epitaph.com/bands/index.php?id=410), which sounds like Page France, but not really at all. Sage's lyrics are ingenius, seriously. shabang!

P.S.-- I also recommend G-spot, I mean, Goldspot (www.purevolume.com/goldspot). Jets Under Fire (www.purevolume.com/jetsunderfire) and Timbre (www.myspace.com/timbre) (<3 Jenna) will also kick your ass. That's it. Ta da!

Sage Francis is tight. Have you heard "How to write a politcal speech?" It isn't on the cd I have but it is absolutely amazing.
