Know anybody that got pregnant during highschool? For a fact I can name at least 12 girls. Sad thing about it is that half of them got pregnant before 10th grade.

yeah lots of girls who went to my school, most of which are complete and utter bitches and grubby girls, dropped a bastard or two.

You know, they say psychologically at 12 you're just getting to the age where you are coming to terms with long-term cause and effect and moral relative reason. Most likely, this is the fault of her family or horrible influences. Many young girls also are impregnated because of a family member, or a bad situation. Three 9 year old girls from my town gave birth to children, according to a very reliable source. Two of them had been the victim of incest, and the other was unaware of the effects of her actions (unlike her 14 year old boyfriend).

I find this all very amusing. How many people on this board claim to have sex? You took the same chances these other girls did, but since they fucked up somewhere, they're considered "whores" or "sluts." It's so much cooler just to brand people instead of knowing anything about them.

One of my old best friends got pregnant, and dropped out of school at age 16. She had amazing potential, but she gave it up to raise her daughter. There is something a bit noble, though crazy, in that. She simply got caught up in a circle of people who were far older than her, and consequently she has to grow up quick.

The county I lived in growing up had the #1 teen pregnancy rate for a while (thanks to ghetto hispanics and indian reservations), but then we got bumped down to #2 when I was in high school. I think thats why I didnt get laid until college.

There was a girl at my hs who had her baby on the day of Columbine, serves her as right for cheating on her boyfriend. I'm glad it wasn't his though. It's funny to think that she has a 6 1/2 year old child though.

I'm trying to keep myself for marriage but i know that with the present times it probably wont stay that way for long, the guy i have recently started seeing has the same views, he doesnt want to have sex till he is married. I'm not a "psycho-devout" christian, i just want to stay a virgin so that when i do have sex with my husband, im clean, and havnt already had a kid or two.

In all honesty though, you guys need to be more accepting of pregnant high schoolers. That doesn't make them automatic second-rate kids. My old high school's salutatorian of '03 was actually pregnant. She was seriously the most motivated, mature, cool-as-hell female I've ever been friends with.

when I was in high school, a few years back...there were a few girls who got knocked up. but they got "asked" to leave to school, (side note, I went to a private, Catholic school)....
