Do You Really Hate Tom DeLonge?

Seems like everyone here does...but now that blink is back together do you really hate him? Or was it because of the whole AvA era?

There things I disliked but I never hated him. Now I can say I completely <3 him again.

He writes catchy, easy to relate to songs, but it's nothing special. AVA is really terrible though.

I've never had a problem with him even during the Blink breakup. Yeah it sucked and a lot of the breakup was known to be his fault but I don't know him personally. Also I really enjoyed and still do enjoy AVA so I was happy with that atleast.

i dont think you can ever hate someone unless you actually know them, but i do understand the context in which this is being used here. and i would have to say no. nothing he's ever done has really impacted on me in a negative way. im a big fan of blink so if anything he's had a positive effect on me. i wouldnt say i love him either though.

I lost a lot of respect for him during the break up, when he was saying all of that crazy shit. Especially when the reason he left was because he wanted some time with his family, and then he immediately released AVA and when on tour.

But when it turned out that most of that shit was misunderstandings, and drug addled ramblings, that got blown out of proportion by the press forgiveness wasn't so hard.

I think he generally has good intentions, and has been trying to improve the scene that he's helped form. Can't wait to see the three of them in action together again.
