The Dia de los Muertos you referenced is more related to All Saint's Day than the bastardized version of it we call Halloween, which is more or less a mockery of a cultural tradition.

He's right, that has nothing to do with what the holiday's original intentions are.

But he invalidates his own point by incorporating terrorism and other things.

And yes, he's pretty out there.
