I love this book. One of the few that flat out scared me and made me put it down. The TV miniseries they did was good for what it was. Wish they would get Tim Curry to come back and play pennywise.

This was announced years ago. Still sounds like a stupid idea. The book has 1200 pages, probably 10 or 15 subplots, and 7 main characters. There's no way hollywood can bastardize that into an hour half movie.

meh, I'd be a lot more excited if this was another mini-series on like HBO. There is no way they can fit even a quarter of the stuff that went on in the book in a motion picture film.

I really wish they'd re-make The Stand on something like HBO.
