How do they measure your GPA in high school?

Like they only have number grades for our GPA

Like right now my GPA for 3 1/2 years of school is an 88

What would that be in terms of an actual GPA? Is high school GPA scale different than that of a college 4.00 GPA Scale?

Anyone know about this?

Help out if possible.

Thanks!

It should be different than a solid 4.0. If you have AP classes at your school it will be out of like a 4. 7 or something close to that.

An A+ in an honor class at my high school would get you a 4.6, a regular A+ would get you a 4.3. Assuming you took no honors classes, you would have around a 3.33 gpa.

I think AP classes are on a 5.0 scale.
i'm not sure though.
My school is kinda weird with GPAs.
