Weis Extension, racist or non-racist?

He got the extension because the team, though it has a worse record than Willingham's, looks worlds better and players want to play for Weis much more. He brings more to the table than Willingham with his NFL experience. I think it was a little ridiculous for them to offer this so soon, but it's not racist.

agreed. willingham should have gotten one more season in ND, he was fired pretty early, but I highly doubt it was racist. I'm so sick of that card being played every single time a minority is fired.

plus nfl were courting weis like it was his job. and a lavish contract would of been in the future for him if nd hadnt acted.

if you look at washingtons record ty has done shit. he may just not be that good of a coach.
