I was bored and felt like preparing just in case a beautiful woman decided to come knocking on my door at 4:30 am.

I wanted to lose my virginity to Beck's "Nicotine and Gravy", and I was a little disappointed that it didn't happen, or to any of Midnite Vultures.

That is an almost okay list. It could still be a lot better.

You know that's fine if you're going to offer criticism, but at least give me something to work with besides "it could still be a lot better."

Either that or you know, don't say anything at all.

is it just me, or does "make tonight" by emanuel fit this really well? i mean, sure the lyrics are cheesy but the rhythm and tone of the song work with getting in the mood. a lot of HIM songs do the same thing as well, but my girlfriend hates them so I guess those are out of the question.

I wouldn't know, I don't listen to Emanuel.

You're girlfriend is right. HIM are absoloutely terrible. Fucking Swedes. The only good bands to come out of that country were ABBA and Millencolin.

Edit: I'm pretty sure ABBA and Millencolin are from Sweden. But those were the best that I could make up.

im working on a makeout mix myself. but im not so concerned with lyrics as i am beats and something to move to. it starts out slow and builds speed, like any good makeout session:

Aqualung - Strange & Beautiful
The Spill Canvas - So Much
The Spill Canvas - The Night Will Go As Follows
The Police - Every Breath You Take
Jimmy Eat World - Hear You Me
Straylight Run - Exitstentialism on Prom Night
Incubus - Summer Romance
Bright Eyes - Lover I Don't Have to Love (again, lyrics don't have to be the strongest point)
Kill Hannah - Boys & Girls
The Faint - Worked Up So Sexual

any suggestions for this would be wonderful as well.
i may throw in Make Tonight by Emmanuel.

Signals Over the Air by Thursday

dont ask me why, but this song gets me hot. i would definately add it to the makeout song list
