You know I have talked to my assistant director at my school to get Waking Ashland to play at my school. She seems really into it, but I don't think she e-mailed their booking agent because it has been like 4 weeks and since they are playing Philly on Nov.20 the 21st would be a great day to get them here. But it right around the corner and I guess it won't happen.

I like them because I can tell how much passion Vinnie is putting into his lyrics and how he sings them. The music just acts as a backing to his vocals and it dosnt do a bad job at it either. If you listen to "My Second Restraining Order" you might be able to tell what I mean. And also I was a huge fan of the Movielife so its hard not to like this.

club ritual or whatever its called now is having shows alot and so is the donkey, so the scene will never die. this always happen a main venue shuts. something else takes its place.

thanks for posting this frank..hopefully see you there.

hobo adam. whenever a main venue closes shows hurt for a while..there is no way this show will do as well tonioght as it would have at the downtown..the downtown was the default club that all the bands played and kids went to even if they werent fimiliar with the band.

I love them, b/c Vinnie has so much passion for what he does, the music is amazing, and they're also the nicest group of guys ever, and I was a huge Movielife fan as well

I would love to attend this show but it is too far and I have to work

However I will be seeing them twice in a matter of 3 days when they come to Philly (20th&23rd), and I'm very much looking forward to it, it'll make it IATA show #4&5 for me
