Copeland (http://www.thecopelandsite.com): I re-fucking fell in love with the band after seeing them tonight. I'm sure everyone knows who they are, but in case you haven't listened to them in a while, pull them CDs off the shelves.
The Class Of 98 (http://www.purevolume.com/theclassof98): The Militia Group has struck gold yet again. Just listen to "Bass Guitar" on the band's pureVOLUME (http://www.purevolume.com/theclassof98) page, and fall in love.
Sigur Ros (http://www.sigur-ros.co.uk): Ah yes, the sounds of icebergs. But seriously, Sigur Ros creates sonic soundscapes; close your eyes and get lost in the music.
Jimmy Eat World (http://www.jimmyeatworld.com): I don't need to say anything. Simply amazing. I listen to them wayyy too much every week. But that's a good thing.
Search the City (http://www.purevolume.com/searchthecity): Fans of Anberlin will probably like this band. Unsigned? I'm guessing not for long.
Ericson (http://www.purevolume.com/ericson): Sorta like This Day & Age + Further Seems Forever. Good stuff.
I also recommend Chinese food, as well as cleansing your grundle 3x daily. Hm, what?

Here are Ryan (when 4ever ends)'s recommendations:
Normal Like You (http://www.purevolume.com/normallikeyou)- These guys are unsigned and are very good. Mark (apoemtothedead) showed me them last week. It has great guitar work and the vocals/lyrics are great.
Vaux (http://www.purevolume.com/vaux)- If you have not listened to this yet, I suggest you do. If your a fan of the new Thrice cd you will love this.
Sound The Alarm (http://www.purevolume.com/soundthealarmmusic)- Their EP came out November 1st and is available on iTunes or anyplace to buy digital music. They remind me of Hidden In Plain View and worked with Jeff of HIPV on their EP i think. They also just got on Geffen Records. Expect these guys to be huge.
Forever In Motion (http://www.purevolume.com/foreverinmotion)- When don't I tell you do listen to them? If you enjoy stuff like The Spill Canvas/Feeling Left Out *cough* Tate*cough* then you will really enjoy this. The song "The Rain" is one of the best songs from an unsigned artist this year.
Race The Sun (http://www.purevolume.com/racethesun)-If you like Cartel/Pop-punk/powerpop this is solid. The singer kind of reminds me of Anthony Green(most will probally disagree).
Speaking Of Silence (http://www.purevolume.com/speakingofsilence)- Rob from AP (AnoFxI10) im sure you guys have seen him around, check out his band. They have played with bands such as Nero, Royden, The Receiving End of Sirens, Houston Calls, Sleepwell (Sound The Alarm), Hit the Lights, The Sleeping, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Guns Like Girls, Chiodos, Hot Cross, The Fall of Troy, and Saosin .

Here are Case of Hawthorne Heights' recommendations:
1. Panic! At the Disco (http://www.purevolume.com/panicatthedisco) - A Fever You Can't Sweat Out
I think this is my cd of the year. No matter how hard I try to stop listening to it.....I can't. It's so catchy and so good....and now I want to listen to it again.
2. Death Cab For Cutie (http://www.purevolumecom/deathcabforcutie) - Plans.
Dcfc is probably one of my favorite bands. This cd blew me away. This band can do nothing wrong. It's sickening how often I listen to the cd.
3. The Receiving End of Sirens (http://www.purevolume.com/thereceivingendofsirens) - Between the Heart and the Synapse
this is one of my favorite bands right now. I watched them every single day on warped tour. Every day. Awesome dudes and an amazing band. They never get old.
4. This Is Me Smiling (http://www.myspace.com/thisismesmiling) - s/t.
Dan (singer/guitarist of tims) engineered our first album. He gave us a cd of his band and all I can say is.......amazing. They are doing something totally different and it is so good. Keep your eyes peeled.
5. Dropping Daylight (http://www.purevolume.com/droppingdaylight) - s/t.
The guy that produced our new album did this band right before us. They are so good. I can't even explain. Sebastion played piaino on our new album. Just keep a look out for this band.
