It's been a while since I've done recs. Go listen to the following:
Neil Diamond (http://www.myspace.com/neildiamond) - 12 Songs. Produced by Rick Rubin, it's a throwback to his singer/songwriter type stuff. It's slow, emotional, and incredible...as we should expect from America's greatest singer/songwriter...and he's our hero, sooo...
Stretch Armstrong - Free at Last - Positive Hardcore is back!! And this time around, Stretch sounds a lot more like Hot Rod Circuit than Bane. Melodic and poppier than their previous releases, Stretch reinvents themselves and it turns out awesome.
Children of Bodom - Euro metal has returned. Though I don't enjoy the new record as much as the last, it's equally entertaining.
Bel Air Academy (http://www.myspace.com/belairacademy) - I just heard some of their new material and it brings back memories of early, early The Starting Line (like pre-Drive-thru)...loads of potential from these guys.
That's really it. Just go listen to those 2 albums. and of course, mewithoutYou. Best lyrics around, seriously.
