A friend of mine is so pissed that Anti-Flag is on a major now and basically refuses to talk about them... he used to be a "really big fan". I take the time to ask him he's going to be picking up the RCA debut of the band, making special note to mention it will probably be a dual-disc... he gets mad and I giggle.
This band is terrible.

..., what? This is news to me. They will surely follow in Rise Against's footsteps and shoot a video for the pussiest song I've ever heard.

i might even venture to say a hyporcritical combo. i'll never forget losing all respect for them when they were bitching about the corporate pigs of america while playing the VANS warped tour on a stage surrounded by mountain dew and cingular booths.

i really have no idea what to expect from this, but i'll definitely bepicking it up. even if it's on a major, it can't be that much of a change in sound, they're Anti-Flag.

So they're fighting the system by putting a cd out on a label owned by the guys who put spyware bugs on their cd's. What troopers they are.
I'm curious for this full lenght.

title reminds me of "For Blood, Under God" by Intro5pect and "The Empire Strikes First" by Bad Religion and "Today's Empire, Tomorrow's Ashes" by Propagandhi. hmmm...neat.

Yeah, its like instead of biting the hand that feeds, their shaking hands with it. Kinda like what indie labels are doing nowadays with the mainstream. Thank Allah for Propagandhi, though.

i guess if Rage Against The Machine did it, so could Anti-Flag?
Tom Morello is a big supporter/long time friend of the band so i'm sure the band had a nice chat with him..or something. anyway, i'm curious to hear if their sound/lyrics changed any
