not side effects, but long term damage of improper use. like i stated before, taking it everyday in the morning before school for over a year. you could toss this one in the mix, i have heart problems and suspected high blood pressure, that has made my life expectancy of no more over 40 years of age. how about now?

You aren't supposed to take medicine like that for extended periods of time because it destroys your liver and can cause many other problems to the body eventually.

Well people who take Nyquil or Benedryl before they go to sleep end up getting addicted in a way, they physicall aren't able to sleep unless they take that. Your body will become dependant on it, just slowly ween yourself off of it so you're body doesn't become dependant on it.

is acetaminophin strong enough to cause addiction of any significant harm? I mean can it be any worse than biting your nails? Unless you start falling asleep at the wheel or something, I say dont care.
