What are demo works that you think are up to par with, or maybe even better than official studio album releases? The Dear Hunter's "Dear Ms. Leading" demos have some of my favorite songs ever. A bold statement, yes, but I listen to it as often as Act I or Act II. Casey Crescenzo could have released it as it was on CD and it'd be worthy of full priced purchase.

Well, some of my favorite demos are Brand New's Fight Off Your... Oh, someone already mentioned them. Weird. Didn't think that Brand New would come up so quickly in an AP.net thread about demos.

YES.

I think that for a compilation, The Get Up Kids' Eudora is really fantastic. So is Botch's Unifying Themes Redux. Saves the Day's Bug Sessions EP's are a really cool thing to do for the fans, I love them.
