Below is a message from Ryan O'Connell of The Audition (http://www.theauditionrocks.com):

hey guys.....

Yea so right now I'm backstage in grand rapids and only one word can desribe tour so far......AMAZING. Spitalfield, City On Film, Down to Earth Approach, and Somerset are amazing guys. I'd really appreciate if you'd check out their purvolume pages. If your coming to the shows come early, so we can have sometime to hang. You are the reason why we tour, and wed love to spend sometime together. We are home in about a week, then head right out with Spitalfield, Plain White Tees and Dropping Daylight. I hope you all are doing well, we will be adding some songs to our purevolume page soon, along with some other suprises for you.

I can't wait to do pictures for these guys in Allston. Their EP and CD has been in my player for ages.

He's a nice dude. I wonder if they'l play any old stuff on tour like "does this sound familiar" or "you look like you need another drink"

The Audition is damn good. One of my favorite new bands of the year.

is it just me, or is City On Film terribly out of place on this tour? seriously, if you told me Bob Nanna would be on tour with young bands such as this, i would've slapped you and called you crazy. now i can only slap you and run.

I was totally there at that show. And whoever said City On Film was out of place on this tour was incredibly right. But at least it gave me tiime to go talk to the guys in Down To Earth Approach. Not to mention City On Film's keyboard player is MEGA hot.

I've seen City on Film, The Audition, and Spitalfield this year on separate tours. My ex-band played the Spitalfield show. They are the nicest guys. They helped us bring our gear in and everything. Not to mention they put on an amazing live show.
