What dominates YOUR collection?
unholy records (http://www.unholyrecords.com/)
but seriously. maybe No Idea!, Fat Wreck, Suburban Home, Asian Man (especially when it comes to vinyl), Vagrant, Epitaph. Quite a few things from each and maybe a few others.

Fat, Asian Man, other record labels that fit in that wonderful group.
The biggest major label contributing to my collection is Universal Music Group. Unfortunately.

They may not have the most releases, but Fat Wreck most likely dominates mine given that I've probably purchased 95% of what they've released. Plus: I own a hoodie with their logo on it. Haha.
More recently, however, I can safely say that Suburban Home and No Idea are up there as well. Red Leader, Red Scare, and Asian Man all get honorable mentions.

Lots of Vagrant and Equal Vision.
I forgot about Revelation. Obviously, Rev 1-20 is a goldmine.

Dischord is definitely in the lead, but Saddle Creek, Sire, Touch and Go, and Columbia seem to popular with me as well.

I pay literally no attention to record labels. I figure if I like a band, I like a band. A friend of mine seems to constantly go off on how he loves Epitaph though, I just fail to see the point. It's not the 80s anymore, the label isn't king.
