What an awful lineup.
Not for fans of Fenix TX, AND for fans of pop-punk.
Houston Calls are possibly my favorite pop-punk band EVER. Super talented, especially lyrically... Fenix TX are classics. as well as Allister. Day at the Fair are pretty good too. Some catchy shit.

I love pop punk, and I still think this is a shitty fucking lineup.

I've been waiting for Fenix Tx to come for so long and the lineup was bad enough that I didn't go. Allister fucking blows.
i enjoy all the bands except for Allister, even though their new stuff is supposed to be pretty good.
but the fact that its been moved to the magic stick is phenominal because its so small, i'll get a chance to meet the guys.

I was gonna say, ticket sales must be small for it to have been moved from St. Andrews to the Stick.
I won't be there, regardless.

I went to two nights of this tour, San Francisco and Orangevale, and the crowds at both shows weren't amazing. Not empty by a long shot, but definitely not what anyone expected.
Very depressing.

Yeah this tour has been a disaster to say the least. Tickets sales are lacking and Fenix TX has missed a handful of shows. I thought this tour would be big but the Seattle date has only sold 250 at a venue that holds over 500.

WOW...poor ticket sales...what does that mean? I saw the Spill Canvas and Copeland and there 100 people there...the sales couldnt have been worse than that

Thats fucked up that they cancel a show cause of poor ticket sales, i love all the bands on this tour and i think regardless of how many tickets they sell they should still play the show! Wether its to 8 or 800 people it shouldn't matter.

Problem..December 5th. Fenix TX is already scheduled to play in Cleveland...which is a make up show for another one they cancelled. Good luck trying to pull this one off.

I went to 5 shows, Tempe, Tucson, San Diego, Anaheim, and L.A. and nobody was "tanked". I think this has been over-hyped. I'm not saying that won't happen on occassion, but it's the exception and not the rule. In fact, I think the Anaheim HOB show was probably the best Fenix Tx show ever. Maybe that's because there were about 500-600 people there. The crowd has a huge influence on how a band plays.
As for the cancelations, bands do not cancel entire shows. They may miss a show for any number of reasons, but shows are usually cancelled by the promoter. So don't get on the bands for that.

terrible name for a tour..
just to clear up any misconceptions about the cancellations of the past few days - the shows were cancelled by the promoter, and NOT by the bands. i was dying to play those shows. we were just told the shows were cancelled. as for the size of the shows - i'm ecstatic to play any of these shows, every show is wayyyy bigger than we'd get to play were it just us playing so i'm just loving it all. everyone who has come out to the shows have been so supportive and bad ass. so that's the jazz
