...and save your breath if you want to argue with me which of these are "punk rock" and which aren't, I abandoned that argument around 2001 and don't plan on revisiting it ever. and i'm sorry if i didn't pick your favorite album from the bands listed, i am but a good samaritan killing time at work gathering the opinion of anonymous punk fans through a poll

solid list to choose from. my only others with bands listed would be Face To Face's S/T over Big Choice, maybe i'd put Pennywise's About Time, S/T, or Straight Ahead ahead of Full Circle, (mostly due to the somber tone of the album), Bad Religion's Stranger Than Fiction or The Empire Strikes First over The Process Of Belief, and i think it's a toss up between Black Sails and The Art Of Drowning for me on AFI.

with bands not on the list, but still in the 90s and beyond era of punk rock...

Osker - Idle Will Kill
The Vandals - Hitler Bad, Vandals Good
Descendents - Everything Sucks
Less Than Jake - Hello Rockview, Anthem, GNV FLA

F2F S/T is my favorite as well, i just went with "big choice" because I feel that is the fan favorite?

"full circle" is my fav. PW album, but yea, "about time" is probably the fan fav.

ditto for bad religion
ditto for AFI

it was a tossup which album to choose for these bands. oh well.

good call on the Descendents. oops.

for LTJ, please see my poll titled "favorite ska-punk album", "rockview" is a choice over there, along with a bunch of other kick-ass ska-punk albums.

Well I think if I had to pick just one I'd go with ...and Out Comes The Wolves. However you afforded me the option of picking more than one so I had to pic Gaslight and AFI as wel. Good poll.

this is a 90's-present era poll. i'm not retarded, if i was going all-time, i obviously would include the clash, ramones, pistols, misfits, black flag, stooges, etc. in the choices. "London calling" is certainly the best punk album of all time in my opinion as well, thanks.

Alright, then if that's the case... I'd probably take the 59 Sound, just because Axl Rose turned out bad. If New Wave was on there, it'd trump 59, but since it's not...

hmm...'59 Sound appears to be an instant classic...

yea, the production of "axl rose" sucks but i chose it because it was their debut and a lot of hard-core AM! fans think it's still their best, their most raw and vital or whatever. i prefer "new wave" as well (but "searching for a former clarity" is my fav)
