Underoath, of course!
Aaron is wonderful <3

the almost is okay, but are totally blown out of the water by UO, especially with their last two releases.

I chose The Almost, though Im not suprised at the results. I have just never gotten into Underoath at all, even though everyone thinks theyre such a great band.I guess you could say I havent "gotten into" that genre as a whole though,so who am i to judge.

Can't stand Underoath. I've heard a couple Almost songs that are decent so they get my vote.

haha of course not.
define the great line is one of my all time favorite post-hardcore records.
i enjoy all of underoath's releases but dtgl is in a class of it's own.
the riffs, the breakdowns, the vocals, the hooks, so amazing.

Underoath. You really can't compare these two though. Too different.

Underoath wins easy. maybe if the almost had more than one full length, there could be legitimate poll here. but underoath has way too much music to rate against the Almost's one LP and 2 EPs

How do you not like AG? Unless you're just all about hating all Christian bands.

I picked the almost because I've heard a couple good songs. However I am put off by Christian bands. I can't help it. When I hear a band is a "christian band" I immediately think to myself that I'm gonna hate them. If they don't talk about religious shit in their music I'm ok with them but I never want to hear religiousness in music I listen to.

You wanna give any kind of basis to back that up? Otherwise I have no choice but to assume that you're just an idiot.

I enjoy both.

But I prefer The Almost. Just cause I really like Aarons voice and you don't get all that screaming shit in the way.

I prefer Underoath but still like half of Southern Weather. The downside of The Almost is they have too many explicit christ-o-riffic songs for me.

...there's two. I usually skip them. It's still a good album.
