I was glad I didn't go this year after I heard how much of a mess it was. Asbury was just TOO packed and crowded for my taste, though. I'm glad this is more open, only on four stages, etc. It's just ... easier.

im thinking a big, big named act. If Ron Delsener is also producing the show with Max Cruise, that means there is no limit to who it could be. Ron Delsener's company booked almost (if not all) of the acts at the PNC Bank Arts Center summer concert series this summer - and they had like real, real big names.

So I don't think Jovi or Springsteen would be too much of a jump for them. I know for a fact they're working to make sure this Bamboozle is 10x better than last years. And last years was still awesome.

i dont know about everyone else but i know one of the best things about the bamboozle weekend is the fact that it was in asbury and it just had a awesome feeling to it with the beach and the ocean and all the history with music in the city. Another awesome thing about it down there was the fact that there are shitloads of hotels and it was like a non stop party with everyone at the hotels. Meadowlands is gonna be very different, i am from jersey and its gonna blow. Unless the lineup is absolutely sick, i wont be going.

Even as a huge John fan, I can't disagree more. TBS version 2.0 absolutely dominates the original line up when it comes to the live show. I saw them just before Where You Want to Be was released and they completely blew away the times I saw them with John (and I didn't even see them on the fata tour where they supposedly sucked due to the increasing tension). As better sa Tell All Your Friends may be than WYWTB, as much as we all love old tbs more than new tbs, the old lineup's live show could not hold a candle to that of the current line up. The new line up is 1000 times tighter in their playing together.
