Should be a good show. Apparently they'll be playing some older song too this tour. California was fucking awesome the last time I saw them play it. Hopefully they play that again along with a bunch of others off BMT. I'll be at The Crazy Donkey Show in Farmingdale

Nice. Should be a good show and the Copeland set should be incredible. If you do end up going let me know how the openers are. Depending on the feedback I get decides whether or not I go late to the show

Haven't seen it on a setlist for a while. I do fucking love that song. They have some really amazing songs that always seem to be missing from the setlist but their set usually doesn't disappoint despite missing some of those songs. I would personally love to see songs like There Cannot Be A Close Second or She Changes Your Mind on a setlist

"Love Affair", "Last Time He Saw Dorie", "Strange And Unprepared", "Love Is A Fast Song", and "When Finally Set Free" are the songs they should add, especially "Love Affair" it's my favorite song by them

This Providence are solid. I saw them with Sing it Loud about a month back. They put on a great show and played a good amount of songs... It was right before their new CD came out, but they played mostly old songs and stuff off Bright Lights with the exception of Letdown and That Girls a Trick. Real good show.

i'm kinda sad at how many new songs thus providence is playing
i mean, i know they have a new album, and i like it, but i guess i want more variety than that. like maybe 1 or 2 older songs, have it a bit more evenly spilt
i'm seeing them play acoustic before the show though, so hopefully they'll play more older songs then, as they would have them more perfected acoustic i would think

A couple of these might be mixed up in terms of order in the middle section, but these are for sure the songs they played:

Chin Up
The Grey Man
When Paula Sparks
No One Really Wins
Eat Sleep Repeat
Sleep
Suitcase Song
Tonight, Tonight (smashing pumpkins cover)
Control Freak
Careful Now
On The Safest Ledge

great review, I was there too. I noticed that their setlist was super close to the one posted here earlier, but I wasn't really keeping track haha.

I'm a little disappointed they didn't play Coffee but it was great to finally see one of my favorite bands.

Brooke was really good, a little boring but good.
This Providence was great as usual, along with Copeland.
