I think System of a Down's double disc of Mezmerize and Hypnotize is the best of the year so far. The continuation of "Soldier Side" gives me chills.

System Of A Down's new album is amazing... Death From Above 1979's "Romance Bloody Romance" also came out yesterday....still trying to get my hands on that one, should've gone with the preorder.

ive heard both records and im content with SOAD and very impressed with fort minor. the dude from linkin parks hip hop project. has some good guests on it too.

i'd say so. they made a video for every song (but the remix of bonnie taylor) on the ep. it also has an entire acoustic show and an entire normal show filmed last summer. and you know.... a bunch of that backstage footage junk thats always on these dvds that they put on their to take up space.

I just finished watching most of the HGB dvd...its pretty good but the only thing is it makes me sad that when i saw them with The Rocket Summer; Houston Calls and Jamisonparker were not the supporting acts. But it is certantly getting me excited for the show in Dallas this Saturday!

The Gorgeous - Great Lakes also came out yesterday, they are from Montreal (i believe) and if you like hardcore-esque music .. check them out... great album by a great band.
