iPod help.

i recently bought a fifth generation color/video iPod.

i bought two videos ('beating heart baby' and an episode of lost) just to see how the videos looked.

when i try to play the videos on my ipod the screen is just black, there's no sounds, no picture.

does anyone know how to remedy this?

Yeah you should definetly call again, cause when I put in a request I got the box 2 days after I called them.

The one good thing about getting my ipod stolen and my parents replacing it this week: instead of a black and white screen click wheel one, I'll be getting the black 60 gig video one. Sweeeet.

Yeah totally. I'm so happy the video ones just came out. Early last week my mom said there was no way I'd be getting a 60 gig one for Christmas, but with recent events taking place......things worked out. :D

It is kind of a drag having to convert videos but it's not hard. I have about 72 music vids on mine, when you get it and need a converter hit me up and I'll hook you up.

For people getting a black vid iPod, it scratches easy as hell, and cause its black almost every little mark shows up, if I had known this I would have definately gone for a white one.
I have 4 music videos and other randoms vids on my iPod - so if you need any help you can give me a shout too.:thumbsup:
