In case you didn't already know, MxPx (www.mxpx.com)'s newest album Panic is up for streaming in it's entirety on the band's PureVolume site (www.purevolume.com/mxpx).
Woah, I haven't added that to my iTunes library yet.
I'm surprised.
I love the 1st half of this album.

that'll give me something to listen to when i get home from work.
such a great band. always putting out solid stuff for all these years. I would pay anything to have them for one hour and request acoustic songs. I dreammm
Mike if your reading this, hit me up!

agreed. they've been one of the most consistent bands in this scene. in my opinion, they never really got the big break like fall out boy/my chemical romance/yellowcard/hawthorne heights are receiving now.
at warped last summer, there was virtually no one watching their set. sadly, my chemical romance were playing at the same time. wonder where the crowd went...

At the Warped in Jax everyone bum rushed the stage as soon as they started playing. It was crazy! I was flattened between the crowd and the security gate.
just the first half?Nah, it's just that Late Again is probably the top of the disc for me, and the anything after doesn't click with me as much.

oh gotcha.
well i like the second half.
it took me awhile to really get into it, but its freakin sweet.
i didn't care for this too much, but it is an admittedly huge improvement over the last 2 albums.
i still sold this one though. i think this band should call it a day before they run themselves further into the ground.
just my opinion.

Tony, some professional hater you are. Buc Nasty and Silky Johnston would strongarm the hell out of you. Haters don't have "opinions," they spit hot fire.
This album's got some real strong tracks on it, (Heard That Sound, Waiting For The World...) but they're never going to write another Slowly Going The Way Of The Buffalo.

You think Panic sounds like Pokinatcha? You don't have ears.

Agreed.
MxPx was definitely the first band I really really got into. Let It Happen is my favorite, but they've never had an album that i didn't enjoy. If there was an "under the radar" Lifetime Achievement Award, I'd nominate them.

i find it so weird that Let it Happen is so many people's favorite MxPx CD, i think it's their worst....I mean, all those songs were B-Sides for a reason, in my opinion.
