I'm looking for pop/punk/screamo with some good piano or keyboard in it. I want it to be upbeat still, something like October Falll does. Any suggestions?

Listen to HORSE the Band, newer Aquabats!, even though they're ska, Four Year Strong, The Wonder Years, and the Blood Brothers. This is all I can think of at the moment, but I know that I know some more.

Hold On (The Piano Song) - The Starting Line
Gavin DeGraw has a lot of piano songs... Like More than Anyone, he's more pop-y but...

When I posted this I already liked Jack's Manniquin, Something Corporate and The Hush Sound, but there's some pretty good stuff on here I'd never heard of.
