i disagree...as an eagles fan, i am given a liscense to do a million unreasonable things like call that oversized ninja a subpar talent in a watered down defensive era.

Irvin is just a less-talented version of T.O. ..and he now lives vicariously through him with his ESPN job. Give it up Mike.

Sucks for him...
I'm still betting that he doesn't get into the Hall quite yet... Not this year. Will be Troy Aikman and Reggie White as the two current players. Aikman for sure. And having two Dallas players... Not impossible, but unlikely. Especially because they were teammates. I know their way of thinking. Maybe next year. Just not quite his time...
Wow I'm way to into predicting who goes in...

no considering he pushed off on almost every single pass he caught. any other receiver now would be caught for offensive pass interference but somehow he always got away with it.

he played in the same era as Rice, Carter, etc. so if you call him out for pushing off, you call all of them out. Offensive pass interference still isn't called very tight, and I still think he was good. He'll make the Hall, but he's not a top 5 all time reciever

exactly...Bobby Taylor made his career off of shutting down Irvin because he was too big for Irvin to push off of
