Fellow Long Islanders, Envy on the Coast (www.envyonthecoast) will be opening for Fred Mascherino's (Taking Back Sunday) solo shows in December and are currently shopping around for labels.

They are playing at the Northstar Bar in Dec. in Philia and the bill says Anthony Green, does anyone know if this is the Circa Survive Anthony Green and if so, is he playing acoustic?

yes and yes...and somebody had better get footage of this entire thing.

guys will be huge. There new EP is amazing and there live show is one of the tightest sets I have ever heard. Its only a matter of time before they blow up.

Last year, his solo acoustic set was Breaking Pangea songs, a cure cover, a few tbs songs, and a couple random songs he had written. The set was pretty good last year.

I've looked around, but I can't find their EP. Did they only sell them at shows or something?

Envy on the Coast's EP has not been released yet. You can check out one of thier songs at www.myspace.com/envyonthecoastny (http://www.myspace.com/envyonthecoastny) These guys are reason enough to go to these shows. they will blow up.
