Tim "Alek" Mulley, former drummer of New Atlantic (http://www.newatlanticrock.com), has joined The Static Age (http://www.thestaticage.com):

After five months as a three piece, two months of touring with a fill-in, and so much practicing with a drum machine that we made C&C Music Factory sound like Buddy Rich, The Static Age has its new member.

Tim "Alek" Mulley. We found him in the woods near Woodstock, NY, and some of you may recognize him from his recent band, New Atlantic. He's a road warrior, a night owl, a screen printing machine, a vintage drum addict, an obsessive compulsive hypochondriac, and he's been wearing the same pair of jeans since June. In short, we're psyched. The first few practices are behind us, and we're now knee deep in the initial 15 or so songs (some new, some old). We'll keep you posted.

Also, Tim just became a part of the SJC Custom Drums family (right alongside two other new additions -- our recent tourmates in Hit the Lights and Kaddisfly). He's joining a roster that includes drummers from Circa Survive, Hidden in Plain View, Panic! at the Disco, Strike Anywhere, Converge, Midtown, and tons more. Check it out here: SJCDrums.com (http://www.sjcdrums.com).

with love,
The Static Age

No shit? Everyone cares about this.

No one cares about this. Stop posting retarded shit on the main page. Tate should make a section in the forum for people who like to read shit about stuff they don't care about (read: anything Tate likes).

Great Band (again) Great Drummer. I have been hearing alot about this band lately. Definitely watch these guys, i think they are going to blow up now that they seem to be back on track with some new material. I liked new atlantic, but the static age is definitely a step up for him. keep up the good work.
