ah, yay. usually when bands have tentative boston dates, they tend to skip it and just do NH and CT.

Ugh, Allentown. I gotta find someone who's willing to make the hour+ drive with me. this won't be easy =[

What's the setlist like for these acoustic shows?

drivethru770
11/28/05, 04:34 PM
The setlist doesn't matter too much to me as long as they play the acoustic version of "Looking Back on Today" like on that Warped sampler from a few years back. That sucks pwns. Would they play "San Dimas..." acoustic?

Woot. I'm seeing them twice on December 11th.

Why aren't The Ataris touring as a full band? I've loved them for a long time now, and still haven't caught them live.

Kris is never going to play "Looking Back on Today" again.

Why?

RockVocalPower
11/28/05, 06:02 PM
Because he and Denice (his wife at the time) are no longer married.

I was there tonight! They were late, which was great considering I had to get off of work and bolt to the show.
They played a good mix of old and new stuff, and Kris had his cover songs EP on sale.
The new songs sounded so good acoustic, and I can only imagine what they'll sound like full band.

can you give us a setlist?

or at least an idea of what was played...

like song titles

As far as new songs go, they played: "Begin Again From the Beginning", "Welcome the Night", "Cardiff-by-the-Sea", "Secret Handshakes", "From the Last, Last Call", and "When All Else Fails It Fails"
I'm pretty sure that's it on the new songs.
They also played "San Dimas...", "My Hotel Year", "Fast Times" and something else.
I also missed their first couple songs.
But that should give you an idea
