Funeral For a Friend (http://www.funeralforafriend.com) has been forced to cancel their upcoming US tour due to a sickness in the band:

Unfortunatly Ryan has been ill and needs treatment here in the UK to remedy his illness, this means that we will be unable to play the shows we had in place along the east coast of the USA and Canada this November/December, we are very, very sorry about this but we want Ryan to get better. We were all looking forward to this tour and meeting up with the friends we have made so far on our trips to the USA but when it comes to situations like this we made a concious decision that Ryan should be allowed to recover. We truly hope that everyone will understand this, we appreciate all of our fans and all of their commitment to us and we promise to come back even stronger in the new year for the Taste of Chaos USA tour.

Funeral always ends up opening for my favorite bands.. Thursday, Thrice, etc. It wasn't my choice to see them.. I'd sure as hell never go out and buy tickets to see them. But if I have to sit through their suckfest for 30 minutes before I see someone like Thrice or Thursday.. then so be it.

Are you on crack, or was your mom a crackwhore? They are always in the U.S. They did all of Warped Tour, Played with Story Of the Year and planned this U.S. tour. Plus, they have toured so many times in the U.S with other bands. I have seen Millencolin once, I've seen FFAF 5 times in the last year and a half. Get a clue bitch before you make ignorant ass coments...maybe you aren't as big a fan as you think you are. I hate people like you who make comments just to see your hands type and your words on the screen. I'm more pissed that I bought my tickets to see A Static Lullaby and the show is called off. I hope everything works out.

wow you are a straight up idiot. i havent seen funeral once, and theyve come through houston once in the past 2-3 years with linkin park, and i didnt have 75 bucks to go see them. the story of the year tour didnt come through here, neither did their stint on warped tour, and any other US tour theyve done.
