I'm gonna take a guess and say since they're playing The Music As A Weapon tour 2nd stage, (which is outside the venue, since MAAW is an arena tour) that you don't especially need a ticket to see them. I'm probably wrong though, but whatever.

That tours coming to my school (i REALLY wish it wasn't.) but I heard that they are playing on a stage outside of the venue before the show for free. So if this is what you're thinking of, yes, it is free.
