Totally was listening to this, as I stumbled upon the poll hahaha... We Looked Like Giants, followed by Transatlanticism, and Tiny Vessels a close 3rd

I'm pretty sure the title track is going to win this one easily.

Close call between the title track and "Passenger Seat". I went with the former.

Tie between Tiny Vessels and Transatlanticism for me.

This poll should be multiple choice, seeing as I've stated in the "100 Greatest Indie Albums" thread, that Transatlanticism is PERFECT. That being said, if I had to choose ONLY one, I guess I'd have to go with the title track.

TINY VESSELS!
its the darkest thing that Ben has ever been written
and i like seeing the dark sides of people
I went with the beautifulness that is Tiny Vessels. My favourite Death Cab song.

Close call between Transatlanticism, Title & Registration, and Death of an Interior Decorator. The fact that this is so hard just shows what an incredible album this is.

Have to go with Transatlanticism, one of my all time favorite songs. While every song on this album is great, the stand outs IMO are Title & Registration, Tiny Vessels, and We Looked Like Giants

I voted "Transatlanticism" too. That song has meant a lot to me from the moment I first heard it.

Definitely Transatlanticism, it just brings back so many good memories.
one of the toughest choices i've had to make. "transatlanticism", but "we looked like giants", "a lack of color", "passenger seat", and "title and registration".. and the rest of the album, are a close second.

Trans is such a great song, as is the rest of the album.

how is title track winning? its not bad, but its never really got my attention. its the weakest song on an album with no bad songs, imo.
i went the new year. the intro gives me such an adrenaline rush. its a song i'll listen to my whole life.
also in the running were title and registration/ we looked like giants.

one of the best albums to listen to from start to finish, so it's a tough call... I went with "Passenger Seat" just because hearing that song right after "Transatlanticism" for the first time was completely moving

why do this to me? why?
i cant choose. album is flawless minus death of an interior decorator -- still a good song, but its the weakest track and it totally ruins the flow of the album where it is, passenger seat would have transitioned very nicely into we looked like giants.

This poll is nearly impossible for me.
My favorite tracks are The New Year, Expo '86, Tiny Vessels, Transatlanticism, and A Lack of Color.
Gotta go with The New Year because it was my first Death Cab song and it still has that fullness that got me into the band in the first place. Though I could easily understand the love for Transatlanticism.

I'm glad someone agrees on Death Cab's top three.
