i mean as if the gay marriage ban wasn't bad enough, now they want to inhibit divorces and prevent gay couples from adopting? How is it better to have a child in a broken family or an orphanage as opposed to in a family with same sex but loving parents?

I am pretty sure they were all illegal, but sodomy got thrown out by the courts. Incest and beastiality are illegal in every state I believe.

Liberals are just so reactive, and seemingly have no sort of sense of the need for standards or absolutes. I'm not trying to get into an argument about politics with anyone. Just sharing my opinion.

Congratulations, you have not added to the conversation in any way, shape or form! If you have any more generalizations to spew out, feel free.

And I searched through Lexis Nexis, and Texas seems to have a huge amount of legislation involving sex offenders, so I'm pretty confident that both incest and beastiality are illegal. No idea if anything was brought up attempting to legalize them, though. David Cross does go on about it in one of his bits, which is hilarious, but I'm not sure he's the most trustworthy source.
