Thursday Studio Update

Thursday (http://www.thursday.net) sent out a Myspace Bulletin (http://bulletin.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=bulletin.read&messageID=332419351&Mytoken=8073952F-13BE-F922-4BE5D7DB72AC68493193225) telling everyone to check out their profile (http://www.myspace.com/thursday) to get an in-studio update as they work on their new album. You can read the update below.

"So we're back up in Fredonia starting on the 2nd recording session with Dave Fridmann. The songs are turning out amazing. Yesterday Dave had me recording guitar tracks through a ripped 12" speaker that was laying on the floor. Let's just say I was surprised to hear how good it sounded. It's crazy how quickly everything is going this time around. We already will have recorded 10 songs by the end of today; some are in various stages of completion, but they all feel really good. We can't wait to let you all hear some of it. We will probably play a couple of new ones at the holiday shows, so that is probably the best bet for ayone who wants to check out new stuff. By the way, for those of you who already have tickets to any of the three shows, thanks so much. These shows are going to be so much fun. We are so happy about the other bands who are playing. I, for one, am excited about Circle Takes The Square. They are old friends of mine from Savannah, and are a ripping band... We are starting to update this Myspace page; soon it will be looking very different and we will be updating news, and will be writing more on the blog thing. At some point we will share some music, just have to get some more work done first. Also, we've posted some studio photos here as well, so check back when you can. Hope you all are well. yeah, thats probably why. the first time i saw them was the summer before WATT was released, so they had a bunch of those songs written, and started opening with for the workforce..

Just listening to the opening of Autobiography on Five Stories Falling gave me the chills.
