Saul Williams, IMO, is one of the best lyrcists out there right now. It doesn't hurt that he's a poet. Even you don't like rap or hip-hop, he's definitely worth checking out. His S/T album from last year is fantastic, and I'm trying to get ahold of his album from 2002, Amethyst Rock Star.
