I need some music to listen to, to get "pumped up" while lifting. Most of the stuff I like on my iPod, isn't good for working out. The closest thing to workout music I've found so far is some Four Year Strong(Note: I don't like Set Your Goals, so please don't recommend them).

My new last.fm, for ideas of the type of bands I like:

Basically my favorite bands are Fireworks, School Boy Humor, Fight Fair, All Time Low, New Found Glory..etc.
If you have any faster tempo songs or bands that are still in the reign of pop-punk, please post them.

EDIT: I just realized in the title I put pop-rock, I meant pop-punk.

I think you meant vein? Um A Day to Remember? They're a lot heavier than what you said you like, but they still have a lot of pop punk parts. And check out Hit the Lights.

The Movielife
Daggermouth
Crime In Stereo
