I'm a huge FSU fan...but the BCS is a flawed system though. It'll be nice to see Bobby vs. JoPa. BUT there are some teams getting left out of big bowls (that deserve it more than us and I don't mean Oregon or any other Pac-10 team). But then again, how the hell does the Big East get a BCS berth? That makes me feel a little better about us going, I suppose; if West Va is going to a good bowl, I don't feel so guilty...

You have to remember that when the BCS began, Va. Tech, Miami and BC were still in the conference. No one was anticipating them fucking over the conference. Basically, they left the conference to go into full rebuilding mode. Right now, Louisville is a consistent power team, WVU is very good, and Rutgers, UConn, Pitt and South Florida are all in the midst of becoming contending power conference teams. The only complete duds in the Big East are Syracuse and Cincy.

some might argue the same with notre dame. butt, notre dame is 10x more deserving than FSU.

The BCS will soon fall though because not only will Congress get involved, but it's clear that you can't have conference championship games AND a BCS. FSU doesnt deserve to be there, but can you imagine what the reaction would have been if Colorado got in? They shouldnt even have that opportunity. The BCS loses whatever credibility it still has when teams like FSU get in because they stepped up for one game.

The big east conference sucks now. S. Florida, Louisville, Cincy....come on, these teams shouldn't be in the big east. If B.C would of stayed in the Big East, they probably would of been going to a BCS game.
