The Billboard
The Sound Archives is a new band out of Fullerton and Simi Valley California. Comprised of ex-Inmemory vocalist Marco Lira and ex-Forever Wings Fold members Nick Depirro, Reilly Herrera and Aric Improta, this progressive rock quartet is sure to catch the ear of Incubus and Head Automatica fans alike.

The Sound Archives worked with Beau Burchell and Bret Hudzietz to record their first 3 songs in early 2009.
Aside from writing, rehearsing, playing shows and promoting, the group plans to head back into the studio in late April to finish recording their as-of-yet untitled e.p. The e.p. is scheduled to be self-released later on in the year

I think it has some good potential, and I think these tracks will bounce around in my head later on, but right now I don't feel an immediate draw to it. I'll keep an ear out for these guys though.

Dude, the music is bomb. It's like Circa Survive and Head Automatica had a baby, and that baby grew up alongside a neighbor named Incubus and later became friends..kinda
