Showoff was started in 1997 in Villa Park, IL. Showoff has toured with the likes of The Rx Bandits, Allister, Goldfinger, Marvelous 3, Citize King, Everclear, The Starting Line, Lucky Boys Confusion, Further seems forever, Element 101, Home Grown, Student Rick, The Blood Hound Gang, Midtown, and many many more... have done the warped tour in 1999, 2000, 2001 and In 2002 Showoff broke up after a release on Maverick records in 1999 and recording an unreleased albumn with producer Mark Trombino. Showoff has reformed in late 2005 and is now out and playing once again. With a renewed enthusiasm and drive to write music and tour, Showoff is back and ready to release their "Waiting for you" EP produced by the great Marc McClusky.

Hey nate I have question. I love all of showoff's stuff, i celebrate the whole catologue. but my favorite record is the S/T, is does anything on the full length sound like the the s/t. The s/t in my expert punk opinion (j/k) has more of a punk sound to it. thanks bro, keep up good work!

Yes, the last 2 songs are from the unreleased album. they were re-recorded and re-worked a little bit.
